Miguel’s Restaurants is currently in negotiations to sell its property located at 26592 Towne Centre Drive in Foothill Ranch to a development company looking to redevelop the land. Our plans are to remain open and we look forward to continuing to serve our friends, families and the wonderful community of Foothill Ranch our signature homestyle Mexican cuisine during this process. Should this conclude successfully, the restaurant will work through a closing schedule at that time for our guests and employees.

We have enjoyed and learned from serving the Foothills Ranch community and are looking forward to embarking on new projects, including the continued growth of our Miguel’s Jr. concept. We are so grateful for everyone who has supported Miguel’s Restaurant Foothill Ranch. Please check our website and social media pages this summer as we will provide updates throughout this process.
