At Miguel’s Jr., authenticity is our priority. That’s why we exclusively use 100% stone-ground corn tortillas. Our tacos are grilled to order, following the traditional method handed down from Mary’s family. While they may require a bit extra time and care to prepare, we believe they’re worth every moment.

When it comes to our quesadillas and nachos, freshness is key. That’s why we cook everything to order, using only the finest cheddar cheese grated fresh daily.
